How to book your trip?
1) Fill in the reservation form with your details
3) Press 'Book'. Pressing 'Book' yoùll send us a reservation request. Within 2 business days yoùll receive an e-mail with:
• a confirmation of availability of services requested,
• the summary of the cost of services
• a secure link through which to pay by credit card. If you don't have a credit card you could pay through the bank account indicated in the e-mail.
4) Buy. When you receive the e-mail you have 48 hours to confirm your reservation trough the payment. After making the payment yoùll receive a confirmation email and, few days after, yoùll receive the vouchers. 5) Change or cancel your trip. You can't leave for the selected dates? You have several options:
a. if you cancel your trip or service 30 days before the departure, we refund you 50% of the total cost paid. After this date the trip will not be refunded.
b. A friend or relative could replace you, but you must notify us the change at least 4 days before the departure by writing us an e-mail. For further details look here (LINK to conditions of the contract)
c. purchase a cancellation insurance for the trip.
