How to book your trip?

1) Fill in the reservation form with your details
2) Read and check our terms and conditions and privacy policy
3) Press 'Book'. Pressing 'Book' yoll send us a reservation request. Within 2 business days yoll receive an e-mail with:
 a confirmation of availability of services requested,
 the summary of the cost of services
 a secure link through which to pay by credit card. If you don't have a credit card you could pay through the bank account indicated in the e-mail.
4) Buy. When you receive the e-mail you have 48 hours to confirm your reservation trough the payment. After making the payment yoll receive a confirmation email and, few days after, yoll receive the vouchers. 5) Change or cancel your trip. You can't leave for the selected dates? You have several options:
a. if you cancel your trip or service 30 days before the departure, we  refund you 50% of the total cost paid. After this date the trip will not be refunded.
b. A friend or relative could replace you, but you must notify us the change at least 4 days before the departure by writing us an e-mail. For further details look here (LINK to conditions of the contract)
c. purchase a  cancellation insurance for the trip.
